Description

The Function frame (shown below) contains a single pull-down list with all the examine functions currently available based on the selected entities. The diagnostic function you selected from the Examine menu is chosen by default once inside the Examine task. You can change to another function at any time.

Each examine function is discussed in detail in the Examine, Functions section.

Use the pull-down list in the Function frame to select the examine function to be used.

When the Cell type examine function is selected, the Cells sub-frame is presented inside the Function frame (shown below). The commands in this sub-frame are devoted to controlling the visibility of cell types within examine and they are explained in detail in the Examine, Functions, Cell Type section.

When the Volume Condition examine function is selected, the Conditions sub-frame is presented inside the Function frame (shown below). The commands in this sub-frame are devoted to controlling the visibility of volume conditions within examine and they are explained in detail in the Examine, Functions, Volume Condition section.

When the Intersection examine function is selected, the Options sub-frame is presented inside the Function frame (shown below). The commands in this sub-frame are devoted to controlling how the intersection cells should be rendered and they are explained in detail in the Examine, Functions, Intersection section.
