We are looking for presenters who want to share their work and urge you to consider submitting a paper for the Pointwise User Group Meeting 2008. To make it easier, we do not require a formal written paper. A copy of your presentation materials is all we ask.

Past papers have included unique applications of Gridgen, advanced scripting usage to automate Gridgen, and meshing research papers. We look forward this year to seeing how our users are using our newest product, Pointwise. We would appreciate your sharing with the CFD community how you apply Pointwise and Gridgen in your work. It is an opportunity for us to learn from you, and for you to learn from others.

User presentations will last 20 minutes each plus a brief question and answer period. A formal paper will not be required. However, authors are asked to provide an advance copy of their presentation to be included in the meeting proceedings.

If you would like to give a presentation, please submit a brief (500 words or less) abstract describing CFD or similar computational work for which Gridgen or Pointwise was used for meshing by 30 August 2008. Abstracts may be submitted in plain text, Microsoft Word, or PDF formats and should be emailed to ugm@pointwise.com. Please be sure to include your contact information in the email.
