Pointwise User Group Meeting 2013

Call For Papers

Pointwise is seeking presenters who want to share their successes using Pointwise and Gridgen with the CFD community at the Pointwise User Group Meeting 2013 on 19-20 March 2013 in Fort Worth, TX.

Past papers have included unique applications of Pointwise and Gridgen, advanced scripting usage to automate Pointwise and Gridgen and meshing research papers. We would appreciate your sharing with the CFD community how you apply Pointwise in your work. It is an opportunity for us to learn from you, and for you to learn from others. If you want to read about some of the papers presented at the 2011 meeting, check out last November's issue of The Connector.

Presentations will be 30 minutes long including the opportunity for questions and answers.

To make it easier, we do not require a formal written paper. A copy of your presentation materials is all we ask.

If you would like to give a presentation, please submit by 15 December 2012 a brief (500 words or less) abstract describing CFD or similar computational work for which Pointwise or Gridgen was used for meshing. Abstracts may be submitted in plain text, Microsoft Word, or PDF formats and should be emailed to ugm@pointwise.com. Please be sure to include your contact information in the email.

As an added bonus, training seminar and general session fees will be waived for all presenters.
