Our special Glyph course will include an overview of the Tcl/Tk language and instruction in how to script the most common meshing operations and generate basic Tk interfaces. This class is suitable for advanced users.

Using a mixture of lecture and hands-on exercises, the Glyph Scripting course will

Glyph scripting can automate your mesh generation.

  • Create meshes by using Glyph to extrude grid entities
  • Explain and demonstrate the use of elliptic solver functions
  • Generate reports on grid quality using Examine diagnostics
  • Set up boundary conditions for CAE solver file export
