Requirements

Samples of student work to share with the CFD community

• At least one written report about your use of the software: information about your department, program or class; CFD results or anticipated results
• Images illustrating the mesh and CFD solution
• Grid and database files for meshes
• Written certification that the free licenses only will be used for a class or lab and not for funded research

Consider Training

Your license includes training that can help you make the most of your grid generating time. Consider attending a three-day class that covers all aspects of Gridgen and Pointwise use, from geometry modeling through volume grid generation. Note

Teaching partnership licenses don't have to be on the same license server as your two academic licenses, but all free licenses must be on a single server.
